When you start your trial, a non-refundable ₹2 registration fee is authorized through Razorpay to set up the mandate with your bank. You get 3 full days of access. After 72 hours your subscription starts automatically unless you cancel it in Settings.
Can I cancel anytime before the recurring charge?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any moment during the 3-day trial directly from your Settings dashboard. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged the recurring subscription fee.
How does the 4-hour rolling usage window operate?
To guarantee optimal capacity and prevent abuse, investigations are monitored in rolling 4-hour quota windows. Starter tier provides 10 investigations per 4 hours, while Pro and Family provide generous fair-use quotas (up to 500 checks per 4-hour window).
How does the Family plan safeguard household members?
The Family plan allows you to protect up to 5 household members. Threat indicators and suspect URLs submitted across members are correlated in your centralized Family Protection Center with real-time alerting.
Can I export cryptographic investigation records?
Yes. Every case can be exported as JSON containing the stored findings, evidence, SHA-256 integrity fingerprints, timestamps and provenance tags.
